I just finished 2 shifts. Oh my, I'm so freaking tired. Ortho clinic was REALLY mad and then E6 wasn't better. But then, I went for durians at Balestier. And oh am I happy again.
These are "butter" durians. They are from Combat Fruit Stall just next to Quality Hotel. As you can see, the seeds are small and flat, the flesh is sweet, bitter and REALLY flavourful. And there was so much flesh! And the flesh is smooth and very creamy, just like butter! Really lives up to its name.
Here's the catch, the price. It cost $15 for this 7 seeded durian, but to me, I was 15 bucks well spent and I was really happy looking at the remains.
