Has anyone felt blogger being weird lately? Anyway, I've been having a very very irritating back ache. really doesn't get better with time, just gets worse. The last time I hit this problem, I had to go for tui na. Then smooth sailing after that. However, it's the year end period now, lots of money to spend. Being an earing adult sucks. Also it's getting really close to the registeration period for my degree. Oh man, Need to gek out a sum of money for my degree soon. Damn... I want to be rich...

Blogspiration now.
Today was a really nice day, not workwise but yah, just life in general. I collected my race pack for the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon! So excited, my first of such runs! And I'll be wearing the TTSH colors. We have to wear a special TTSH vest. It's red, but really not ugly. In fact, I kinda like it.
It was actually a rather bad day at work. As we all know, I'm still recovering from my recent illness. Some kind of flu, I think. Again, the ED felt cold. Anyway, I did the most ever resus in one morning. And the amazing thing was, even though resus was like full house, all 8 taken. The OBS bay was hosting like 5 beds. Muahahaaa! Strange morning. So I was running to and back from the resus all morning, like a mad dog...did many many multiples, which was kind of satisfying.
I feel so excited to go for a run like now! But I'm scared of dying of sudden cardiac arrest, since I'm like barely recovered for my whatever illness.
Oh ya, do check out the new Eagles album, especially the song, How Long! Its so freaking nice!

Work was at ED today. My fever was sort of under control by good old panadol. I just finished my first bar and am into the second bar of panadols now. I've never felt that the ED Xray department was cold until today. It was freezing and my palms were COLD!!! Oh well, a colleagued helped me take my temperature and it was 35 degrees. Oh man...
Anyway, I struggled through the rest of the day with hot water and panadols, didn't commit many mistakes, other then the usual machinery issues.
Seriously, Tosh sucks...

Oh hi there.
Haven't been here for some time. Well, I'm sick today. Was dragging myself through the wards doing portables today. Didn't even bother to put up a fight against this ridiculous portable request. And I nearly got my metacarpals chopped off while pushing the xray tube around. Finally, after 2 rounds, I gave up and went to get a queue number at the walk-in clinic and saw the doctor. I did have a fever and yeah, one day MC. I feel so bad towards Charlyn. She had to take over me, and I deprived her of her training hours. I'm so sorry...

You know I have this weird preference for even numbers. I like even numbers since young, cos I tot these were numbers that are easily divided by 2. Of course there are some exceptions, I like a few odd numbers like the number 3, cos I was my register number for many years. Then there's 5 and all the multiples of 5, well, cos they are easily divided by 5 of course.
Why am I talking about thiS? Cos I have this anal thing about my preferred numbers. I'll never adjust my TV, MP3 player volumes to odd numbers, except for 5 & 15 (3 is usually too soft). I never swim odd number number of rounds. I barely ever manual set odd number kV or mAs while taking x-rays.
Oh yah, and I hate 13. It's a freaking prime number... Bleah...

This may sound weird, but doesn't anyone out there happen to have a photo of the BIG banner that hung at the NYP Atrium in the earlier half of this year? The bunch of banners featured students from different schools. I'm particularly interested in the School of Health Science one. It features 2 nursing students, one guy and one girl. If you happen to have that picture or have accidentally taken in, please send it to me. Cos I thought I saw something really interesting a few days back. I think I saw the guy and the girl at the same place in Orchard, with different people but I really think it's them. So yah, I bit weird but I just wanna see if my photographic memory is good. So please send me a photo yah?
Off days are such a joy to have, went for a swim just now, so shuang... Using my civil service club membership to the fullest. The pool wasn't crowded and the sun was nice. Managed a slight tan... very slight, but have...
