I went for a run with Kok Keng just now. I think it's like the first run we've done together since eons ago. But it was a nice run. Good route... Toa Payoh is one nice and big circle. Think I was something like 3 to4 km. It's definitely not 5 clicks dude...

The year has really zipped past like this. Like *ting!*
Anyway, the TTSH gang went for a little celebration of sorts today. To celebrate the completion of the first year of work. Oh man... the 4th of June 2007 was like just a while ago. Anyway, we went to the Chatterbox at Mandarin Hotel for the famous chicken rice! I gotta say, the chili's really good! The chicken was normal, but the rice was good! Anyway, the view from the 39th storey was simply spectacular.
Darling is coming back on Tuesday.

I just got reminded of Singapore Noodles.
"Chinese restaurants in Europe made this noodle dish famous. It was later introduced to the US in the late 1980s. It is a very refreshing dish with fluffy, curried rice noodle mixed with meats and vegetables. Like fortune cookies and chop suey invented in the US but not found in the East, Singapore noodle is not found in Singapore.

I do 3 cups of coffee a day. It's very hardcore. I need one every morning, then there's one during work, and now, one more after work. Why after work? Cos I need to continue concentrating on my assignments. Argh... It's really hard!
Bought a pair of Saucony Hurricane X running shoes. Best running shoes I've ever owned and ran in. Simply oooomph....
I read something from somewhere. Really makes me feel that radiographers in my hospital are really too hardcore and numb about workload. Just plain ass numb. We use Tosh X-ray systems, we have focused stationary grids, we've got the busiest ED in Singapore, we've got a hospital that's full all so often, we've only got one portable team for the second biggest acute hospital in the country, we've got 2 CDCs which span a kilometre or so. NUMB!
