Did my first night shift last night. I stayed awake throughout. Quite tiring but a whole different type of experience. Work load was fine, nothing too toxic. I got home at about 9.30 after breakfast and headed to sleep. Woke up at about 2 plus to go for Kok's gig.
It was a good show, but I'm feeling that the vocals should sound clearer. And louder than the instruments. I know the essence of rock is in the music, however, most of the time, I couldn't hear kok's singing, which was kinda disappointing.
Kok, you're vocals were good, but a bit too nasal. And while using such a cool mike, you'll really need to learn to play with your mike, and get a mike stand for goodness sake.
I really really love the second last song. Was it She or something. If they cut an album, I'll really consider buying an original.
As you can see, the lack of sleep is making me type in very weird language. Hope there's nothing too weird that I can't understand when I wake up tmr. Haha...

Went to skate at ECP today. But before that, I had lunch with Audrey and Ron and discussed about my insurance coverage. Signing up with Audrey.
Skated from Marine Cove all the way to the Changi End of ECP. It's much quieter there than near the Marine Cove area. Nearly crashed twice because of irritating cyclists who like to anyhow swerve around. The skate was really nice in general, me, my skates and my meizu Miniplayer. Many people who skate from Marine Cove towards Changi turn back at the HUGE car park area before the sailing club. Which i feel is not a good idea, cos the route beyond there is so nice! My first time skating there. The hills were nice, the scenery is nice, and there's alot less people then around the Marine Cove area.
But I did fall once, near the Marine Cove area. Wasn't paying too much attention le, and there was this stretch of road with alot of fallen fruits. My wheels got jammed by this fruit and piak! Sigh, so paiseh. And there's a crack on my Meizu Miniplayer's crystal case. Heng i invested on my crystal case, and heng it's on the back side. not the screen side. Shit man...

First evening shift at the ED was fun too. Work was challenging as usual. Really like trauma work. Things are not so tense without the bosses around. Heee...
Been watching alot of Discovery Channel and Nat Geo these two days, learnt how an aluminium tube for creams and toothpoaste are made, also learnt the manufacturing process of the firefighter's helment. And alot others lah. Really like Nat Geo, now I'm wondering how to content of Singtel's MioTV will turn on Starhub's Cablevision. The competition better stay. Hopefully, MioTV will not dissolve into thin air like Mediaworks. Anyone even remembers this name? Haha...

Pardon my bad English in my previous post and maybe the coming post. I'm very sleepy you see. Work was pretty good today, learnt a thing or two. also helped out at the Outpatient side. Hmmm... When my endo case ended, as I was walking back to OP, I saw a freaking big crowd at the C area. Then, I thought, "so unusually busy ah? "
Lo and behold, it was Marietha Parong inside the room. No wonder!
I want watch Transformers.
Did you know that there's this concept called the sleep debt? Every hour of sleep that you don't satisfy out of the supposed 7-8hrs, you incur a debt to your body. So, after an overnight mahjong session, you'll incur a 7 hour sleep debt. And you'll need to sleep more over the next few days, to pay back these hours. If they are not paid, you're judgement, alertness and everything else screws up. A research experiment makde a group of ppl stay awake for one full night and then allowed to sleep 7 hours every night for the rest of the week. Results proved the earlier point.
Anyway, what I'm trying to say here is.... I'm in a major sleep debt, so good night...

Sigh, the weekend is going once again. Work's really tiring. did my first evening shift, It was not bad, not too crowded (with staff). Watched Harry Potter too. Met someone who'll prob wouldn't have wanted me to run into. Haha... But too bad la...
There's been this extremely irritating backache that I've been having. I feel that my lifting and patient handling techniques are not too bad, but somehow, my back still gets painful. Went to my second last training location today. Not too hard, simple modality.
I'm so going to sleep early today. Really really need to sleep.... zzzzzz

First week end without Baobei. Went to Yin Jinn's NTUC at Square 2 after work. I was staring at the Strawberry Flavoured Hello Panda and Chocolate Flavoured Meii milk. Was nearly going to buy them, but then, decided that I should restart my diet plan as I've promised darling.
Mahjong last night was good. As the saying goes, 情场失意，赌场得意. But anyway, I'll much rather lose. But it was nice to meet Freya, Jeremy's sorta, shudda, kinda girlfriend. Really don't understand the status, but anyway, congrats to him.
Room 1 on Monday. No more scrubs wearing le, so sian...

I'm really sad now. Darling really left for Sydney le. All three years, I was wishing so hard that this day never came. And it passed just like that. Darling's on the plane now. I tried really hard not to cry at the airport, but i was a wuss. A very hopeless one.
