Played mahjong last night, I've finally won money in my house after such a long time. It's like, when i organise mahjong sessions that are played in my house, somehow i'll lose. But very interesting i won yesterday, not much winnings but hey, it's a win and it's all in the name of mahjong.
Haiz, haven't had much chances to use the computer as my fucking brother plays maple story everyday till late, it's like, he's on the comp from 4pm to 4am maybe later. Screwed up fucker with no life. I hate my brother!
Oh ya, I dreamt that i had a buffet free for all slap-my-brother session, wah, i so need that. Felt damn shiok, even after i woke up, I remember exerting so hard on each and every slap that i lay on his face. Need to slap some senses into that empty head of his...

For every 3500 calories you reduce, you should lose 0.5 kg.
Something i've found on the net. www.nutrition.com.sg. Now this is a solid way to lose weight. Going to work my calculators to cut weight.
Everybody requires a certain amt of calories per for basal metabolism and activities for the day. It is estimated that a regular guy's basic calorie requirement is 2500 calories and a gal's need is about 2000. for a more accurate estimation (http://www.nutrition.com.sg/ha/hacalcal.asp). So naturally, if you eat only this amount of calories for the day, you'll neither gain weight or lose weight, cos you'll use those up. If you eat less, you'll lose weight, and vice versa.
I'm fat... need to cut 8 / 0.5 x 3500 calories. That's 56000 calories! If i cut 500 cals a day, i'll take 112 days! Woah lao.... If i include a 3 times a week 500 cals run per week, that'll average to 214 cals extra calorie lost per day. ie, i'll take 56000 / (500 + 214) days... That's erm... 78 days! That's 2 and a half months. Cool! I'll work on that, seeya in 2 and half months!
Bet you people never knew weight lost is such simple math. Of course, there's the part about exercising and eating less calories.

After a serious of full blast afterburner studying. I'm feeling really really burnt! Chao dar... Very moodless to study for the upcoming test on friday. And the sad thing is, the friday paper which is patient care seems like a memorizing paper, but upon further pondering, it feels like a crapping paper. And then i'll change my mind and think it's a memorizing paper and the cycle goes on and on. Sigh, so is it a memory work paper or what? If it's memory work paper, well, i've never done well in my geography or history in sec school, ie, i ain't good with memory work. literature is a subject i score in, because that's just thinking and crapping away. So if patient care paper is a memorizing paper, i might as well don't study, my memory will fail me anyway.
If it's a crapping paper, study for what? Just flip flip enough to score. Hmmm... guess the conclusion is don't need to study. But wtf, how can not study for exam? What am I thinking about? Duh...

Wooo hooo... It was a happy happy happy 2 days. Yesterday was a special day again... And darling and I went jogging and walking. Ran to Pasir Ris Park from darling's place. There we took our time to stroll around and relax.
Lessons ended early today. So I headed to Cineleisure to watch "Shall We Dance?" I really thought the show was discontinued liao, but i'm so glad i've finally watched it. I'm a sucker for dance movies, sucky story or what, i don't care. But Shall We Dance has a good storyline, nice movie. After darling, I bought darling a new water bottle. Her bottle is leaking like mad, and it simply irritates me.
I feel fried today. The Nuclear Medicine practical lesson at SGH after the movie and stuff was crazy. There's SO much radiation, argh... The gamma rays better just shoot through me and not cause any ionisation. Think I'm speaking greek to most people.
Just to end things off... Quoted from my lecturer: "Actually, alot of people tell me, radiographers are sterile. I reply NO! We take the neccesary prevention..."

The whole of the day was pretty good till it past mid night. Went for the pool competition that didn't start on time. The pool competition was held by the BB Primer's, not some fanciful competition. Won 2nd prize, abit sianz, but yah, it's ok lah. Think the other players were too young, lack the experience. Anyway, the person who won me is very good. Won an ang pow, covered the competition entry fees and the meal after that. Not bad lah. Caught up with the BB friends after the meal and headed home after that.
Didn't do much other than catching up with sleep and went jogging after that. The air is damn bad, but the jog was good. Been eating too much rubbish!
Just did something that affects me alot. I haven't got a clue if what i've said was right or wrong. I don't even know if i'm right or wrong. Oh man...

Went for MRS practical at SGH today. Lesson was a load of CRAP plus a whole load of unneccessary radiation. Haiz... Went to Chinatown to eat fish slice (head) bee hoon. SHIOK! Hahaha... But guess both of us were feeling too hot and tired to talk much.
Have I already talked about A n P test being manageable? Hmmm... confident i wouldn't buang. But still fingers crossed for good results. Some asshole was damn noisy through out the paper. Wah lao, can hear him from so far away. He made the trip to SGH damn noisy also. I just want some peace and quiet moments during my travel...

Well well, Valentine's Day was good. Had a great date with darling on the 13th Feb, the day before Valentine's Day. Ate a great KFC meal, woah, some kind of Valentine's Day celebratory meal. Haha... Surprised her with flowers and other stuff.
On Valentine's Day (note i do not type V'day, cos Valentine is a pretty word), went to Swensen's for early dinner. Hmmm, ate baked rice, fries and the apple dunno what. Great meal. Was expecting a crowd but it was ok leh, surprising, but maybe it's cos it was 4pm. Stupid A n P test spoil the Valentine's Day mood.
Got A n P tomorrow! Argh! I have like zero confidence with this paper. The only thing i've learnt before is liver, ARGH! I feel so screwed and why am I blogging.
Yeah, Happy Day After Valentine's Day, bet darling's happy today. Haha...

Woo hoo... mahjong through the night yesterday. Charlene, Kenneth and Darling came around to play mahjong. Good game, but i've lost money. I think i sort of gave up my streak by being greedy and wanting to hoot something big. Anyway, I've lost money, but hey! I won abit from grandma's house to cover the loss. Just for the fun and the good times spent with dear friends. So all 4 of us dragged ourselves to school in a cab, ate breakfast and headed for lecture. We all nodded away in the LT, us occupying the first 2 rows of the lateral sides of the LT were damn obvious but heck lah. I can't stay awake anyway. I couldn't catch half of what Armajit said anyway. My brain just couldn't process the info she shot at me, let's see, i've lost 2 nights of sleep in the first 3 days of Chinese New Year. That's like only 7 hours out of the 21 i was supposed to sleep. Argh! I hope people reading this entry can understand me. Cos i don't even know if i understand myself. Going to hit the bed real soon.

Mahjong mahjong mahjong... This Chinese New year is all about mahjong. Had some friends playing mahjong from CNY EVE to the First day of CNY. Shiok... And then, went to my usual first day of CNY place, my grandma's place. Started playing more mahjong. Very satisfying game. Won abit. But the one thing that i can never stand is playing with my brother on the same table. Fucking bastard. I hate my brother.
This year's ang pow collection is as pathetic as usual. Like the whole extended family's ang pow is less then 50 bucks. Haiz, what to do, the family is all blue-collar workers. The white collar ones all not married. But i'm used to it, still love CNY for all the good food and meeting up with my dear cousins... They like never appear at gran's place, actually i also don't.
Evil cousin brought his girlfriend. It's amazing how he always brings a different girl. Haha...

Today sucked so bad. Had a really bad quarrel with darling today, with Charlene caught in the middle. sigh... somehow, i just keep screwing things up oover and over again. But at least it's all settle by the end of the day. Hope it wouldn't happen again.
Went to Far East with darling and charlene after school, and yes, we were still in a very tensed situation. But yah, things slowly cooled off along the way. Darling bought her slippers, bet she's going to think of searching for her old old design slippers in no time. Ate dinner at magic wok. Food was quite good, quite ex though... I'm still craving for waffles and pancakes! And not satisfying the cravings suck...

I would like to congratulate Mr Tey Jun Yuen aka Triple H on his passing of the driving test. As he's driving skills were to advanced for the weak-hearted Traffic Police testers at BBDC, it took him a few re-tries. He had to try out different degrees of pussy L-plate driving to actually convince the testers that he belonged to the roads of Singapore as much as he did belong to the F1 tracks. Congrats once again...

The BB Primer's Reunion Dinner was held yesterday. Fun but the lame games could have been kept short or at home all together. Well, at least we all got together and had a good meal. However some of the closer friends didn't turn up, people like huishan, pamela, jialing.. Most of the guys turned up, good good... Ok, it's the first time i was at the Chin Huat Live Seafood thingy, REally shiok! They had alot alot alot of food, I never knew, always kena cheated by those idiots at the Marina Bay MRT station.
The people I sat with also made the meal so much more enjoyable. There was wilson, ivy, jamie, kenneth, eby, von, some girl, zhixiong, candice, some girl... Haiz, my memory is damn cock siah... The live prawn drama, the crabs, and the pork chops and stuff...
After the meal, we headed over to a pool parlour to play pool. Fun fun. Haven't played pool in some time, but at least my standard is still there... Hahaha!

School was ok today. Had a patient care practical today. LEarnt lifting techniques today. Was lifted and lifted some of my classmates today. It was fun to learn how to lift without straining the back. Haiz, I did face some back pain during attachments. Got some really immobile patients who can't move at all. Hmmm, i was nearly kill by Dr Evil Bear, Fiona. Wah lau, she nearly dropped my head, my goodness. But there was Kenneth, so it was that bad of a free fall. I lifted most of the girls and Edwin without problems, but i still think i need to hit the gym once i'm fit. Need more POWER!

WWWooooo Hooo! Bought my new shoes today! Yeah! Addidas Limited Edition sneakers. Not the "mat"ty kind. Went to Bugis to meet darling after my psycho lecture which was a hell of a waste of my good time, and the RT guy hoping for too much! haha!
Anyway, i'm glad i went down to Bugis to meet darling and her friend Sok. They were there to shop for presents. The shoes shopping happened after Sok left. A bit sianz that I've went over my budget for my shoes. The hole i've burnt in my pocket is too big, and it's still ambering and glowing. Ouch! But yeah, the shoes are damn nice. Haha! So glad! Just hope i don't see some fucking mat wearing it... If that mat is wearing a fake, i'll be even more pissed...
Btw, this reminds me about another thing. Saw this guy wearing the same Giodarno T-shirt as me such a new shirt also can kena someone wearing the same thing. So paiseh... lesson learnt! Giodarno stuff cannot buy, just like OP! Everyone will be wearing the same thing! Argh!
