Life sucks
Life's not fair
Shit happens (J. Tang 2006)
Work work... I'm tired man. Really tired, when I'm not working, I'm trying my best to catch up with my school work. Well, anyway, I'm really not complaining, I do feel sad about Myanmar and China. So I guess I'm not the worst off. Also, our dear ol Mrs Lee Kuan Yew. I really can't remember her face very well, but I do remember that she wears alot of cheong sums.
Lots of horrifying thing ongoing in this May. One of those would probably be my lonely-Baobei-not-with-me birthday. This birthday is sad, not just because darling won't be around, also because I'm turning 25. That's a quarter of a century and about the one third mark of a man's life expectancy. Urgh...
Anyway, that aside, a chain of unhappy events happened yesterday. It somehow feels very similar this incident that happened to me when I was very young. I remember going to the market with mum and I saw this wind-up racing horse toy that will gallop upon release of the wind and I really liked. I think my brother liked it also. We asked really hard for it and after much persuasion my mum finally bought it. When we got home, we played with the new toy like there was no tomorrow. Really enjoyed and loved the toy. Then I can't remember what happened in between, but the next bit of memory that I have of it is my brother picking it up and throwing the damn thing across the hall, smashing the toy into pieces. I was devastated, and frankly, I still remember the extreme sadness that I experienced. Till now, I still tell myself that if I see a similar toy, I will buy it. Till now...
