Did my first night shift last night. I stayed awake throughout. Quite tiring but a whole different type of experience. Work load was fine, nothing too toxic. I got home at about 9.30 after breakfast and headed to sleep. Woke up at about 2 plus to go for Kok's gig.
It was a good show, but I'm feeling that the vocals should sound clearer. And louder than the instruments. I know the essence of rock is in the music, however, most of the time, I couldn't hear kok's singing, which was kinda disappointing.
Kok, you're vocals were good, but a bit too nasal. And while using such a cool mike, you'll really need to learn to play with your mike, and get a mike stand for goodness sake.
I really really love the second last song. Was it She or something. If they cut an album, I'll really consider buying an original.
As you can see, the lack of sleep is making me type in very weird language. Hope there's nothing too weird that I can't understand when I wake up tmr. Haha...
