Back still hurts... There's an excruciating pain whenever I move my trunk. Argh... Need some kind therapy siah. Hope it's just a strain. There's been no fall, injuries, trauma or whatever not leh. Sigh...

I've got this strange lower back pain that's been bugging me for a few days now. Argh... Chronic pain.
Went for the radiography paper today, thought it was easy, as in, everything is like there for the taking. But yah, my problem is that I'm not a memorizer, so yeah, bo bian. The real scary part is that next week is my final week of full time education. Scary shit... Can't imaging the life of a full time radiographer. Oh well...
Let's have three cheers for NYP on the coming Thursday. And maybe we should sing auld lang sine...

My mum has a colleague called Andy. My mum hates him, but now, he's lying in TTSH's CCU. And all the hate just dissolved, I can see the sadness in her eyes. He's down with a viral infection that has gotten too serious. Now, his blood pressure is a whooping 170, and his kidneys have shut down. His only 50, he only got married a few years ago and his daughter is only 3-4 years old. Please, give him more time. Do keep him in your prayers will you?
Do we really need death or near death to dissolve all hatred?

I've been watching some Youtube videos about Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple. One great man I tell you... The thing I'm really amazed at is his presentation skills. His public speech and sales talk is just simply amazing. Oh well, he's super smart and good at computers.

Watched Music and Lyrics yesterday, it's such a nice song and the song on my blog now is from that show. So soothing.
There's a Chinese saying that goes "祸不单行", it's so damn true. We currently have a time out, and the fight goes on on Monday.
Another event worth mentioning is this dumb thing that happened just now. I was bringing my laptop into the toilet to get some work done while i, you know... Anyway, the floor was wet and i slipped! And facing me was a big fat basin of water. Heng i managed to stop myself by slamming my ulna (wrist) into the wall. Had my laptop slipped off my hand, my laptop will be a submarine now...

I'm studying for my quiz tmr now. I know i should be studying, but I just can't stop surfing around. Anyway, I found this article about sprained ankles.

Oh, my very very cute princess left her freaking laptop in the LT after lesson today. And she was happily walking off and boarded a bus before realising it. Heng she managed to RUN all the way back to take it back. Darling, I've got a recently sprained leg. I don't even chase buses, to avoid running and I've ran today just for you. I'm sorry i couldn't run faster than you cos it was hurting like shit.
No more of such stunts yah?

Bought quite a fair bit of stuff. Anyway, following is the review of what I feel is an IPOD killer. I've seen it on the net for like a year or so already and today was the first time I got my hands on it.
The MEizu M6 Mini Player
This baby is the size of a credit card and about 5 credit cards thick! Goodness! And it sports a 2.5inch QVGA screen. It's almost the only thing you see on the surface.
If you think this tiny player is filmsy and easily broken, think again. It's made in Japan, real robust body with a stainless steel backing. Built like an Ipod. Damn zai, but still light.
The controls are also really easy to use, though small, it's really easy to navigate and works similar to that of a Creative Zen M.
Best of all, the video quality is amazing... And the sound quality is really heavenly. The sales lady let me try it with a LJ pair of earphones and the Meizu demo video she showed me had this scene. A construction worker working on a pneumatic drill... Man did i felt like I was at the work site watching that fellow work his power tool. Remember it was a pair of LJ earphone, wonder how it'll sound on my EP630 or even a Shure. The sound quality definitely smokes the Ipodssss. Will definitely want to get one of those in the June IT Show.
Did i mention, 20hours playback on the battery? I wonder where they put the battery/

I had a pretty nice day with darling today. Just working on the project peacefully was great.
I'm going to the IT Show again tmr. Looking forward to get SD cards, Sanyo brand ones, $22.80 for 2GB 150X. Hope i can find the stall and hopefully they're not fakes. And I wanna help my course mates buy thumbdrive, but like not many ppl selling at good price leh. See how lah...

Had the most ridiculous serving of bak chor mee today. Sigh... It's the freaking fake bak chor mee at Jalan Datoh! I've always know that there's a very popular and nice bak chor mee at the coffee shop at Jln Datoh, however, me being me, even though it was at the end of the road for me, I just couldn't command enough strength and get my ass there to try it. I've even seen it on many many TV shows. I could even recognise the middle aged couple selling the bak chor mee from the images i see on TV.
I finally went there today, alone. I had no lunch and just missed my transfer bus, so I tot might as well head over to Jalan Datoh to try the bak chor mee. When I got there, the uncle AND aunty didn't look the same, I thought, maybe it's their partner. So I just order guo tiao tang. Then, I saw the aunty serve a bowl and I thought to myself, I'm sure it sucks. I just felt too paiseh to leave and then my serving came.
The soup was clear <---- Wrong
There were prawns <---- WRONG!!!
There was chia xin <---- Hell wrong
There was no lean meat <---- Wrong
The minced meat were precooked <--- WRONG!!!!!
Oh, the soup tasted like lousy prawn noodle soup! <---- WRONG!!!
$4 for that crap <---- wth, of cos it's wrong!
Now I know, the original stall moved away, and that if you know where they've moved to, drop me an email. Could've went there much much earlier...

School's never exciting, however, the thought that my full time schooling life's ending is actually quite bad. I did run into a man who was quite angry cos he kena hoot by this other guy. He looks quite like the "zai dao shang hun" kinda guy. Oh well, "ren zai jiang hu, shen bu you ji". That dude kept telling about about how screwed up the guy was and that he knew him and what not. Quite interesting...

The Behavioral Science projects are finally over. No more until I do my degree conversion. The journey we took to today's presentation was a really really tough one. Well, however, we managed to pull it off and it didn't turn out too bad.
I think I've had less than 40 hours of sleep in the past 7 days, sigh, HUGE sleep debt. Going to sleep now. Good night...

A hard week's finally over. It's been a really tough week and sigh, my luck ain't improving either. Which is really disturbing. Hope that with the passing of the 15th day of Chinese New Year, my spell of bad luck will fade away.
