Very very short day at school. Only had 2 lessons. Went home at 12. Went running after a nap and my weights are:
Morning: 80kg
After Running and shitting twice today : 79kg
still not much progress on the weight lost. The initial week is usually the convertion of fats to muscles. So gotta wait. The real challenge is next week, when all the exams come full blown. I wonder if I'll have the strength to not eat junk food.
