Ok, new resolution. I really need to lose weight! I've been dellusional about my weight since the last time I've announced to the world about my weight lost project. Well, you see, the last time I decided to get down to losing weight, I got struck by dengue, and I told myself that I need to eat more to help my body fight off the disease that no medicine can cure. And soon after that, the constant quizes and tests came along the way and caused alot of stress which got me eating.
Hmmm... Being in a relationship doesn't help my weight control. Not only will I eat when I'm stressed, I also have to accompany darling to eat when she's stressed out. So ya, double the eating. And, as I study late nights, I take hot beverages and snacks to stay awake. Just like that... My weight peaked at 80KG! What the hell, I never never wanted to be at this weight range after my successful weight lost. Sigh...
Yup, the target stays the same at the previous one.

Along with better muscle tone.
I'll not eat and snack from now on. I won't eat fatty food unless darling really needs me to accompany her to destress. I won't walk to the canteen to buy food in between lessons. I won't eat sweets. So friends, please, discourage me from walking to the canteen in between meal times. Don't offer me sweets. I'm going to lose weight for REAL!
