Ok, I think what i've said a couple of blog entries back have triggered my friend's anger. And I'm sorry. It's true that fat do not get converted to muscles. It's the lost fats, coupled with the gain of muscles that's giving me zero lost of weight. For that I'm really sorry.
I don't have time for gym, it's really difficult when lessons run all packed up together. As for junk food, I'm guilty as accused. But I do compensate by cutting down on lunch. And running a little more. Not enough to offset, but like I've said... Really no choice. I was arrowed by a LECTURER to order the pizzas for the makan session. And he was expecting me to eat. Still... I did compensate with my running and food cut. I've got 2500 calories per day to work on for nett zero gain or loss in calories. So yah, it's all been considered.
Strength exercise come in the form of stairs climbing, push ups, crunches and half pull ups at home. Still, it's the exam period, damn hard to go gym...
Today's weight after running. 78.5kg The pointer was really near to 78, but since it's not on 78, i'll round it up. So some progress there...
