Hmmm, slept only 4 and a half hours last night. I drank coffee at 7pm yesterday hoping to concentrate on my studies till about past mid-nite. But I really couldn't absorb anymore from 12 plus onwards, so I've decided to sleep. However, seems like teh effect of the coffee hasn't worn off. So after flipping and tossing on bed for half an hour, I woke up to study more! Till 2 plus! Not very efficient studying, because I was in the sleepy but cannot sleep mode. Quite happy with my studying progress, but I still till a little better time management will improve things alot.
Anyway, I had a freaking 8am lesson today. Woke up 10 mins late, scramble like mad, didn't have time to weigh myself in the morning.
Weight After Run in the evening : 79kg!

Anyway, I went KFC with darling, I was feeling very gian after looking at the beautiful KFC coupon pictures. Hmmmm, first time I did this, but I've actually peeled off ALL the crisps and skin of my crispy chicken! Damn, that was a hill load of oil and more oil = calories! I'm estimating at least 200 odd. Could be 300 plus.
New resolution, as a part of my weight lost campaign, I shall no use the invention called the lift against gravity. I'll only take lifts down because going down stairs is unneccesary pounding of the meniscus and destroying the knee joint...
So ppl, if you see me in a going up lift, chase me out...
