Seems like the response to this new blog template isn't good.

Hmmm... I'm not going to change it. I'm too lazy.

Stayed home all of today. Really good day to rest at room. Seeked some professional advice from Jun yuen about weight lost! I'm going to try to stick to it.

The program is like running 3 - 5 days a week. Twice a day, before breakfast and dinner. Hard Core!!! JunYuen the fitness expert told me something about Thermogenic effect or something. My morning fully dehydrated weight is 78kg, the evening fully dehydrated weight is 80kg. Going to work towards my target of 72kg (dehydrated) weight! I'm so fat...

I started running today. After one month plus of zero exercise, my stamina is so lousy. Could barely hold my stride for 500m. Sad sad... Did 3clicks plus today. Going to work for my desired 5 clicks.

Hope that the school term allows my running program...
