Hmmm... Actually cheesecake baking is very addictive. While feeling sian yesterday, I've decided to bake another cheesecake. So ran over to Cold Storage at Novena to buy the stuff. Bought Philly, sour cream and oreos. Yup, u've guessed it, Oreo Cheesecake!
Really enjoy making the cheesecake. And the good part is that the cake is so much less tedious to make then the Mahattan Cheesecake I've made for Baobei on the Anniversary. Well, the cheesecake turned out SUPER nice. I personnally am very proud of myself. Maybe I'll need to start working on the cosmetic appearance of the cake. Then I can start taking orders to sell with delivery. Then can provide the money to fuel my baking hobby. It's really ex to bake a cheesecake siah. The ingredients cost like 20 bucks. Oh my god... But yah, it's satisfying to see friends enjoy the cake. And hey! I get to enjoy too...
