School was ok today. Had a patient care practical today. LEarnt lifting techniques today. Was lifted and lifted some of my classmates today. It was fun to learn how to lift without straining the back. Haiz, I did face some back pain during attachments. Got some really immobile patients who can't move at all. Hmmm, i was nearly kill by Dr Evil Bear, Fiona. Wah lau, she nearly dropped my head, my goodness. But there was Kenneth, so it was that bad of a free fall. I lifted most of the girls and Edwin without problems, but i still think i need to hit the gym once i'm fit. Need more POWER!
