Today was a really hardcore spending day. Spent like $200 ++ bucks! Haiz, my precious money. But yeah, next week, attachment's starting so I don't think I'll have the chance to spend money other than on meals. Met darling in the morning for breakfast at Tampines 201, then when down to Bras Basah to buy a new supply for my contacts. Headed over to Orchard for some shopping and lunch at Mos Burger. I realised that Mos is the fastfood restaurant that runs with one of the most staff in terms of outlet size against number of staff. Bought a pair of board shorts at Flash and Splash, this is one of the most most most overdue items on my shopping list! Well, that's minus away the insanely priced gadgets that I just drool for. When over to Taka to buy a pair of leather shoes. I want to wear something comfy and nice for attachment. Need one anyway, my older pair is mouldy and wrinkled already. Had dinner at Whampoa, wah! Rojak was opened today! So shiok! Darling also agreed. Had my favourite orh-lauh (oyster ommelette).

Introduced darling to a type of noodle that taste soooo great. It called Hokkien Mee, it's not the Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee, it's Hokkien Mee at a cook food (tze char) stall. Its yellow noodle in dark sause, with the usual tze char ingredients like prawn, sotong, meat and vegetable. It's not a common order that Singaporeans make, actually there are alot of "noodle" typed dishes that can be ordered from a tze char stall. Off hand I also can't think of all, but there's Hor Fun, Yee MEe, Hiong Dai Mai (bee hoon), there's this fried noodle soaked in sause that I can't remember the name, there Fu Jian Mian (Hokkien Mee), San lao hor fun, Sing zhou chow main... and the list goes on. Small little stalls, loads of stuff. Just need to ask them what they have. In malaysia, there's a hell lot more variations!
