I went east yesterday, to the airport. I haven't been to the airport for some time, wasn't there to send someone off, just there to have coffee, with Laiping, Ting and mich. The airport has changed quite a bit since the last time I was there. And the coffee bean was very unusually crowded yeseterday. Ting's friend who's a PSC scholar was flying off to Japan for an exchange program. Interesting person and we had a little discussion about "movies". Coffee was really timely, I needed the caffiene high to lift myself off the troubles floating around my mind. Headed to You Tiao Wang for supper again, this time i sat out with Laiping until pretty late to discuss about the happenings in life.
Today was pretty boring, I slept alot, and woke up really late. I watched the match last night, happy that my orange team got through, a bit tyco though. Due to some unforseen reasons I needed to eat dinner on my own. There's a salmon steak in my fridge and I decided to figure out how to make myself a salmon steak. Googled the web for a recipe and I changed a few ingredients with the cooking knowledge I've gained from endless hours of watching the NAked Chef.
Here's the recipe:
Salmon Steak
Light Soy Sause
Lemon Skin (do you hear the Naked Chef saying: "The lemon is an amazing source of intense flavour)
LEmon juice
Sugar
Salt
Ground pepper
Butter
Stir everything together and leave the salmon to marinate for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven at high. Then bake for 15 mins. It'll be good...
